QUINCY, MI (WTVB) – A 51-year-old man from Quincy escaped serious injury on Tuesday afternoon when his motorcycle crashed at the intersection of U.S. 12 and Grove Street in Quincy.
Quincy Police say the crash happened at about 1:00 p.m.. Officers saw a Harley Davidson motorcycle lying on its side near the sidewalk on the south side of U.S. 12.
According to police, the driver sustained minor facial injuries and that a preliminary investigation indicated a possible medical event may have caused the crash.
The man was subsequently transported by LifeCare Ambulance for medical evaluation and treatment.
Quincy Police were assisted by the Branch County Sheriff’s Office, the Quincy Fire
Department, LifeCare Ambulance, and Coldwater Towing.
