The BEST Italian Meatballs on the Planet

So, what makes these meatballs the BEST meatballs on the planet? Well, in addition to the standard ingredients, I mix a little Venison burger in. Seriously, you won't believe the difference it makes.

Ingredients:

1/2 lb Ground Beef

1/2 lb Italian Sausage

1/2 lb Ground Venison

1 Egg

1/4 Cup Milk

1/2 Cup Italian Breadcrumbs

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Oregano

1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley

1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper

1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl by hand.

Roll meatballs to about the size of a golf ball.

Drop meatballs into a large pot of sauce.

Simmer for about 3 hours.

Ya, it's pretty simple but you won't believe how good these are. Remember, the next day these meatballs will make AWESOME meatball subs. I place 3 meatballs in a sub bun, pour a little sauce over the top, cover with sliced provolone or mozzarella and put under the broiler for about 2 minutes. OMG! Mouth watering AND a great hangover grub!
