It Looks Funny, But It's SO Good For You!

If you can get past the color, you will find that this simple little lunch is a wonderful blend of Healthy Fat, Protein and Carbs.  The three essential elements to a healthy diet.

1 Whole Avocado - pitted with the meat scraped out in to a bowl.

Mash the Avocado with a fork till creamy.

Ad 1/2 Cup Walnuts

One full can of Tuna - drained

2 Tablespoons of Garlic Infused Vinegar

Spread this over Multi-Grain Toast or bread for a filling, flavorful lunch that's high in all three elements of a healthy diet!
