Coldwater, MI – (July 6, 2012) – The McDonald’s restaurant located in Coldwater has reopen its doors with several contemporary changes designed to enhance the customer experience.
The Coldwater McDonald’s, operated by local business owners, Jim and Laura Maynard will host a grand opening celebration from July 10-15 with special activities that will kick off with a ribbon cutting on July 10 at 9:00 am. The grand re-opening celebration will include daily specials and raffles drawings for a “Kindle Fire”, “Tibbits” tickets, ”Brickyard 500” tickets and 10 lucky people will win Big Macs for a year.
“McDonald’s is changing with the times to give our customers a dining experience that’s more inviting,” said Jim Maynard. “Laura and I owe our success as local business owners to the people of Coldwater, and we consider it a privilege to serve our customers quality food in a clean and welcoming environment.”
Highlights of the redesigned restaurant include: a new exterior, landscaping that compliments the community and a re-positioned double-lane drive-thru. Inside, customers will enjoy comfortable lighting, contemporary color schemes that reflect the personality of the brand, along with new furniture with natural finishes. Customers can enjoy free Wi-Fi in comfortable seating with additional electrical outlets available. Additionally, the playland has been updated and has a dedicated play area for toddlers.

In 2012, McDonald’s plans to improve on that total, targeting 800 new remodels, 225 rebuilds and 175 new store openings – a 24 percent total increase in renovations over the previous year.
