Create special memories this season as Executive Chef Chris Nixon teaches you how to make a delicious organic meal. The seminar includes a hands-on demonstration by Chef Nixon on how to prepare your holiday meal, recipes for all dishes prepared, and fun. Guests will have the choice of dining on one of two entrees, prepared by Chef Nixon in front of the group. The menu for the event is Cinnamon Pineapple Infused Bourbon Punch, Broccoli & Aged Vermont Cheddar Soup, French Holiday Duck with Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Sherry Gastric, Italian Celebration Pasta with Shrimp & Clams, Root Vegetables & Parmesan Peppercorn Sauce, Chocolate Crème Brule, and Coffee. Cost includes class and meal. Cash bar available.
