The Branch County Association of REALTORS® held their monthly lunch meeting on January 25 at the Coldwater Elks with 43 members present. The meeting was lead by BCAR secretary, Jim Bowers. The program was presented by member, Chris Pierce who discussed new rules and regulations affecting appraisals and Doug Merriam from the Michigan Association of Realtors. Doug updated the group on the status of legislation impacting real estate. A fifty-fifty drawing was held with proceeds going to the Branch County United Way and the Sonshine Food Pantry.
