Meijer Pharmacy located at 620 East Chicago Road in Coldwater, is pleased to host a Cholesterol, Diabetes and Liver Function Screening Clinic on April 10th, 2012.       The clinic is offered from 8:30 am until 12:00 pm (noon). Appointments are required. A full Lipid Panel is offered for $ 30.00, this includes Total Cholesterol (LDL & HDL), Triglycerides and TC/HDL Ratio. 12 hours of fasting is required prior to this test for accuracy. Liver Function Testing is available for $25.00, Diabetes Screening Test (Fasting Blood Glucose) is available for $4.00 and a Hemoglobin A1C Tests are available for $30.00. All results are available within 15 minutes and are lab accurate. Appointments include educational materials and individual consultation with Disease State Management Pharmacist to assist with improving the patients health.
