Ken Dey Joins CBPU as Wastewater Treatment Plant Superintendent The Coldwater Board of Public Utilities is pleased to announce the hiring of Ken Dey to the position of Wastewater Treatment Plant Superintendent. Ken comes to the CBPU from the Saginaw area, where he has over twelve (12) years of wastewater experience at Class A treatment facilities in Saginaw and Genesee County. Ken holds the State of Michigan Class B, C and D wastewater operator certifications. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree from Saginaw Valley State University, with a major in biology and a minor in chemistry.

“Ken’s vast experience and industry knowledge will be a huge asset the utility. We were very fortunate to find someone of Ken’s caliber to fulfill this role”, said Director Paul Beckhusen.
