Chicago Ave, a woman’s fashion boutique is coming to Downtown Coldwater.  Proprietors Laurie and Mark Ludlow have been hard at work renovating the former Flicker’s building at 23 W. Chicago Street into a shopping destination, soon to feature woman’s clothing, handbags, fashion jewelry, accessories and a selection of all-natural products from Michigan based companies.
