Former Tour of Spain runner-up Nozal test positive

</head> <body> <p>LA GRANJA, Spain (Reuters) - Spaniard Isidro Nozal, the 2003 Tour of Spain runner-up, was among three riders who have been provisionally suspended after testing positive for blood-boosting drug erythropoietin (EPO), the UCI said on Friday.</p> <p>This year's Tour of Portugal winner Nuno Ribeiro of Portugal and Spain's Hector Guerra have also been suspended.</p> <p>Guerra and Ribeiro had been selected to take part in the world championships next week in Mendrisio, Switzerland.
