(New York, NY)  --  Lynx guard Lindsay Whalen was named the WNBA Western Conference Player of the Week on Monday.  Whalen averaged 21.3 points per game last week en route to winning the award for the fifth time in her career.  Meantime, the Lynx will face the Silver Stars in San Antonio tonight.  Tip-off is at 7:00 p.m.
