KALAMAZOO -- The EPA, Enbridge and Immigration and Customs Enforcement are investigating claims that some of the 17-hundred workers cleaning up oil along the Kalamazoo River are undocumented, brought up from Texas by Enbridge Contractors, and not properly trained.
Reporter Todd Heywood went undercover, meeting up with workers where they gather each morning and learning many were illegals. While the contractors claim they are certified and trained, Heywood has photos showing the men committing health and safety violations.
