UNDATED (WKZO) -- The Summer of 2010….How do you like it so far. Well if you have enjoyed getting alternatively blistered by the heat and battered by summer storms than you should like the rest of July and August too. Forecasters say we can expect periods of high temperatures and humidity punctuated by summer storms, for the rest of summer.

July was the hottest on record in Michigan and the El Nino weather pattern in the south Pacific is setting record highs in states all over the U.S. Accuweather forecaster Katie Fehlinger says it will get worse before it gets better. It’s sparking wildfires in the west and baking the east coast.
