LANSING (WKZO) -- Attorney General Mike Cox is filing suit against Illinois again over the Asian carp Issue, despite being told twice by the Supreme Court that he has no case. Cox says its different now that a fish has made it past the barrier. Cox says this wasn't just some DNA evidence, it was the real deal.
He says the discovery has just made their case all the more urgent. He says they're not asking for a permanent closing of the locks, just a closure until they can determine how to address the issue.
