COLDWATER (WTVB) - A state environmental quality analyst is in Coldwater today for a presentation to Branch County officials and it could include some comments on that big crude oil spill near Marshall. The session was moved from the courthouse to the courthouse annex meeting room in anticipation of a large turnout.

Governor Granholm has declared Calhoun County a disaster area to make it eligible for federal aid because of the oil spill estimated by the pipeline company at nearly 20-thousand barrels.
