MARSHALL (WKZO) - People want to help do something about the oil spill, but officials say the disposal of thousands of gallons of toxic crude is no job for amateurs. Enbridge CEO Pat Daniel says they have hired a firm to clean animals.
If you want to help, you can donate materials needed to clean the animals. They need cardboard boxes, linens, towels, pillow case and Duct tape. They are collecting the items at the Crossroads Church in Marshall. If you see an oil drenched animal you can call 1-800 306 6837, but be prepared to deal with a recording.
