COLDWATER (WTVB) - A small fire early today in Coldwater at the city’s Englewood senior housing apartments sent one person to the hospital. The alarm came in around 3:30 this morning and firemen found that the man living in the second story unit already had the fire out.

There was smoke in his room and a little bit in the hallway from the blaze that started with some papers on a stove. Ellwood Butterbaugh suffered smoke inhalation and was admitted to the Community Health Center of Branch County for treatment.
