COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) - Branch County Fair….Enjoy the Ride….that’s the theme for the 2011 edition of the Fair in Coldwater and while you’re at it, why not enjoy the fair parade this afternoon, up Jefferson Street and then through downtown Coldwater along U-S- 12. Fair manager Jan Murphy says they line up at the Fairgrounds at 3:30 and then parade through downtown  at 4:30.

And it’s a bonus night coming up at the Fairgrounds. The fair doesn’t officially begin until tomorrow, but tonight, in the amphitheater, it’s the combine demolition derby at seven o’clock. You pay just to get into the amphitheater, but no fair admission or parking charges today.

Tomorrow night at seven o’clock at theDearthCenter, it’s the crowning of the 4-H King and Queen. And then things get really busy on Monday, although Murphy says they start showing with the small animals, the poultry and the rabbits on Sunday morning.
