WASHINGTON (WKZO) -- The chairman of the House Intelligence Committee is expressing concern about Libya's stockpile of chemical weapons as the fighting continues in Tripoli. Representative Mike Rogers says al-Qaeda and other terrorist groups will try to exploit the turmoil to get their hands on the deadly weapons.
The Michigan Republican says Muammar Gaddafi's regime has about 25-thousand pounds of mustard gas along with thousands of shoulder-fired missiles. Rogers says the U.S. must make sure those weapons don't fall into the wrong hands.
