ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, MI (WKZO) -- It turns out that what was believed to be sticks of dynamite found in the White Pigeon River last weekend were not explosives at all, but rather insulators that were wired together, and that made it look like a bomb. State Police did a much closer examination under controlled conditions and decided that no one was ever in danger. Volunteers were cleaning the river when the insulators were found.
