DETROIT (WKZO) -- Governor Rick Snyder and Mayor Dave Bing head to Washington to talk transit with the feds. U.S. Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood will meet with the two to discuss the 550-million dollar Woodward Light Rail project. LaHood has said he is in favor of the project, but only if local and regional leaders come to together on plans for operating the system.
