Evan Smotrycz added 10 points and a game-high 10 rebounds, collecting his third straight double-double as the Wolverines improved to 11-and-2 with their sixth straight victory. Michigan, which is a perfect 8-and-0 at home this season, will remain in Ann Arbor to play Minnesota on New Year's Day.
Elsewhere last night, Detroit Mercy lost at Illinois-Chicago 63-to-59 and Eastern Michigan fell 75-to-55 at Santa Clara. Tonight’s schedule includes Western Michiganat seventh-ranked Duke.
