Battle Creek-based Kellogg announced yesterday that prices on its breakfast and frozen foods will rise about three-percent on average. Company officials blame the increase on rising commodity prices. The world’s largest cereal maker also announced yesterday that its profit increased three-percent to 1.2-billion dollars in 2010.
