LUDINGTON, MI (WTVB) - The search has continued all weekend for missing infant Katherine Phillips near Ludington.  Police have disclosed that they have found the pink and black flowered outfit the baby was wearing when she was last seen, but haven’t said where they found it.  Police called off their ground searches on Saturday, and since then volunteers have taken over. Yesterday they handed out flyers during the Ludington 4th of July parade.

Alleged abductor Sean Phillips remains in jail and uncooperative, although the child’s mother says  he told her Friday that the baby was still alive, but refused to elaborate.
