Piston’s free agent forward Tayshaun Prince will probably be pursued by management inDetroitto return to the team he helped win a world championship in 2004. That’s what Prince’s agent Bill Duffy told the Detroit Free Press.
According to Duffy, he was contacted by Piston’s President of Basketball operations Joe Dumars before the July First lockout with Dumars saying he was interested in re-signing the veteran, who will be testing the free agent market.
There’s been much speculation that the NBA labor dispute could drag on well into next year.
