WASHINGTON D.C. (WKZO) - Congressman Fred Upton has come under criticism from another environmental group. This time Greenpeace has dubbed Upton their "Polluter of the Year" on their spoof-dating website PolluterHarmony.com. Greenpeace's Paul Wojoski says it has plenty to do with Upton's support of curbing the EPA's regulation of greenhouse gas emissions.

Upton's defended his support of the legislation as chair of the House Energy and Commerce Committee by saying it doesn't limit the EPA beyond what's included in Clean Air Act, adding that it's about limiting regulations so businesses can create more jobs and that the legislation has found bi-partisan support.
