LANSING, Mich (WLMI) The FBI says Flint and Detroit remain the two most dangerous cities in the country.  Crime statistics show Flint is at the top of the list per capita, with a 47-percent increase in murders in 2010 with 53 killings.  Murders in Detroit fell from 363 to 310, while robberies and aggravated assaults were also lower and rape was up sharply.
