The Fantastic Four star is suing for more than $1 million (£625,000) in damages, according to TMZ.com.

According to the suit, Belly Bandit's packaging even features an endorsement that reads, ""Jessica Alba's #2 Secret for a Fast Post Pregnancy Slimdown!""

Alba is also demanding a cut of the cash Belly Bandit bosses made while using her name.
