SAUGATUCK, MI (WHTC) - Today begins a year of restricted driving privileges for state House Representative Bob Genetski. The second-term Republican from Saugatuck had refused to undergo a breathalyzer test when he was pulled over by a MSU campus officer in East Lansing after the State of the State Address on January 19^th. He was able to get court approval to drive to the Capitol until next April 8^th. Genetski is contesting drunken driving charges.
