Detroit tied their Western Conference quarterfinal series with the Predators at one-all after a 3-to-2 win last night in Nashville.  The Red Wings got goals from Ian White, Cory Emmerton and Johan Franzen despite being outshot by the Predators, 26-17

Jimmy Howard turned back 24 shots in the cage for the Red Wings as the series shifts to Detroit for Game Three tomorrow afternoon and Game Four Tuesday night at Joe Louis Arena.

Last night in the ECHL at Wings Stadium, Kalamazoo beat South Carolina 6-to-4 in Game One of their Kelly Cup Eastern Conference semi-final series. Game Two is tonight, again in Kalamazoo.
