HOLLAND (WHTC) - A 22-year-old Chicago man has been charged with firing shots at a group of people in front of a home on 21st Street last month. Ladale Antonion Brassel was arrested by West Michigan Enforcement Team officers and Holland Police on a parole absconder warrant this week and arraigned Friday in Holland on charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm and discharge of a weapon from a vehicle. He is being held on $102,000 bond in the Ottawa County jail.
