DETROIT (WKZO) -- Michigan Governor Rick Snyder has called for more urgent action to save the city of Detroit. During a Crain's Detroit Business conference on improving Detroit held Monday, Snyder said that the city is still declining and that inaction only hurts the city and its residents.
The governors comments came on the same day the Detroit City Council got its first look at a detailed budget presented by Mayor Dave Bing. Sndyer says that there's still a long way to go and he believes Detroiters want a better city.
