LANSING (WTVB) - First the bad news:  no one, including you, won last night's 212 million dollar Powerball jackpot drawing.  The good news is that the jackpot for the multi-state lottery is now up to 253-million dollars.  The lump-sum payment on a winning ticket would be more than 170-million dollars.  The next Powerball drawing is Saturday night.  Powerball tickets are on sale in 43 states, including Michigan, and the District of Columbia.
