COLDWATER (WTVB) - It’s all about customer service and that’s why the county says it’s moving the Branch County Building Inspection Department. Right now, it’s located on Marshall Road at the County office complex north of Coldwater. However, beginning Monday, the Building Inspection Office will be setting up shop in the County Annex Building with the Equalization Department on Pearl Street, just to the southeast of the Courthouse. Contractors and the general public needing permits and other services will find two twenty minute parking spots they can use behind the annex.
