ANN ARBOR (WKZO) -- The federal government is suing to get back over 34-million dollars for two retirement funds for employees at Michigan-based auto parts maker Metavation LLC. The Labor Department argues the company used the money in violation of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act after it was purchased by Cerion LLC in 2008. The lawsuit alleges several companies involved loaned money to other subsidiaries from the pension fund.
