Protesters, supporters of right-to-work legislation clash in Lansing

LANSING (WKZO) -- Thousands of Michigan workers were at the State Capitol building Tuesday to voice their opinion on the "Freedom to Work" legislation.  There were reports of heated exchanges between the two sides of the issue.

Supporters of the bill reportedly had their tent and display torn down by some of those opposed to the legislation.  Unions say the measure is aimed at eliminating them, while supporters say the bill gives workers a right to choose whether they want representation.

Even though there were reports of loud disagreements, there were no reports of any arrests by mid-day.
