DETROIT (WKZO) -- Michigan Governor Rick Snyder is sitting down with Detroit Public Television to discuss  Michigan's status as the 24th state in the country to adopt right-to-work legislation, the creation of regional transit authority in Southeast Michigan and the reinstatement of an emergency manager law struck down by voters in November, among others.
