COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) Foreclosure notices are on the uptick in Branch County as the end of 2012 approaches. 113 properties were prepared for sale in November, compared to 71 in October and 70 in September. Last month’s numbers were the highest since 115 in May. There were nine foreclosure sales in the county last month and 137 so far this year with the total proceeds at 8.4 million dollars.
