COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) - A leading employer in Coldwater appears primed to remain a strong presence in the community as Infinisource Tuesday at its headquarters in North Carolina announced a key company acquisition. Infinisource, a major provider of human capital management technology, said it has acquired Qqest, the firm behind popular time-and-attendance software TimeForce®. Infinisource reports that as a result, the new company is now the largest provider of human capital management solutions designed for small to medium-size employers.
It doubles the size of Infinisource and results in a company with more than 63,000 customers, including the World Champion San Francisco Giants, Washington Redskins, Nintendo USA and several of the Inc.’s 500 fastest growing companies in the country. The combined company will retain the Infinisource name and says it will focus on deepening existing relationships by delivering a single application for HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time Management and Compliance. The company will maintain headquarters in Charlotte, and will continue to operate divisions in Coldwater and Sandy, Utah.
Infinisource, which employs around 200 workers in Coldwater, shifted its headquarters from Coldwater to Charlotte at the beginning of 2012 when the firm’s growth plans took hold and continue as evidenced with the Qqest acquisition.
