It’s a short practice week for the Lions while the team’s injury list gets longer. Detroit hopes to snap its six-game losing streak in their Saturday night matchup against the Falcons at Ford Field.

The Lions on Wednesday placed defensive tackle Nick Fairley on injured reserve because of a shoulder injury. They also signed former Michigan State defensive tackle Ogemdi Nwagbuo Lions safety Louis Delmas and tight end Brandon Pettigrew are listed as questionable after missing practice yesterday because of injuries.
