Tigers made a couple of pitching moves on Wednesday. They released Adam Wilk and sold his contract to a team in the Korean Baseball League. The left-hander went 0-and-3 with an ERA over eight in three starts with Detroit last season.

Wilk was selected by the Tigers in the 2009 draft. Detroit has also sent another lefty, Matt Hoffman, to Triple-A Toledo.
