MONTREAL (WKZO) -- Was it real? A video of an eagle swooping down and trying to take off with a human baby had been verified as real...but it turns out it was not.

The video appears to be amateur video of a golden eagle flying over a Montreal Park, suddenly swooping down and trying to lift off with an infant, and dropping it when it proves to be too heavy.

It got 5 million hits before the National Animation and Design Center felt compelled to reveal it was a fake, to assure parents that their was no marauding predators in the skies over Montreal.
