LANSING, MI (WTVB) - Governor Rick Snyder has signed several tax and regulatory reforms which he says will help create jobs in Michigan.  The bills will reduce the personal property tax burden on manufacturers and job providers, set a new tax structure for mines, and will update the state's workplace safety regulations.  Snyder says the state must continually eliminate barriers to job growth and that the bills and reforms will enhance Michigan's competitiveness.
