COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) - It was a short and uneventful Coldwater City Council meeting Wednesday night, the final 2012 session for the council. The main item was the presentation of an audit for the city and the Board of Public Utilities for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012. Certified Public Accountant Tim Taylor of the firm Taylor, Plant, and Watkins P.C. told the council they received an "unqualified opinion", which he described as a "clean opinion".
