UNDATED (WTVB) - Time is running out for more than four-million homeowners who might have been the targets of unwarranted foreclosure filings. The deadline for the Independent Foreclosure Review Program is next Monday, December 31st. Forms to apply for help must be submitted online or postmarked no later than Monday. Forms are available online at independentforeclosurereview.com. Anyone whose primary residence was involved in foreclosure between January 1st of 2009 and December 31st of 2010 may qualify
