Red Wings goalie Jimmy Howard will miss the next two games with a broken finger. The NHL leader in wins with 32, Howard broke the index finger on his right hand during Thursday's 4-to-3 shootout victory in Vancouver. He will be re-evaluated when the team returns to Detroit next week from their four-game road trip.
