ST. JOSEPH, MI (WKZO) -- Congressman Fred Upton has endorsed Mitt Romney in the Republican presidential primary. On Wednesday, his campaign announced that Upton, along with Michigan Congressman Tim Walberg, has endorsed him.
A quote from Upton on the Romney website says "Whether it is repealing Obamacare or stopping cap-and-trade and other regulations that stifle job growth, Mitt Romney will be the leader we all can trust to fundamentally change Washington."
In addition to an endorsement from Fred Upton, Romney's campaign says that he also has the backing of State Senators John Proos and Tonya Schuitmaker, as well as State Representative Aric Nesbitt.
