Many of the nation's top college football players are in Indianapolis for the start of the NFL Combine. The annual event allows NFL hopefuls to be evaluated by talent scouts and team personnel through a series of on-field drills, physicals and personal interviews.

More than 300 top prospects are expected to be on hand for this year's event, which runs through Tuesday at Lucas Oil Stadium. Some of the top players, such as quarterbacks Andrew Luck of Stanford and Robert Griffin the Third of Baylor, will not work out at the Combine, but will instead hold a personal "pro day" for scouts on their college campus sometime over the next month leading up to the NFL Draft in April.
