The Pistons have a verbal agreement with Ukrainian center Vyacheslav Kravtsov. Pistons president Joe Dumars said Monday that the two sides are negotiating and will enter into a player contract when the moratorium period ends on July 11th. The seven-footer, who went undrafted in 2009, was a member of the Celtics summer league team in 2010.Detroitassistant coach Brian Hill coached Kravtsov on the Ukranian national team. AndDetroitreleased its Summer League roster yesterday. It includes first round draft pick Andre Drummond, guard Brandon Knight and forward Austin Daye. The Orlando Magic will host the league, which starts play next Monday. The 20-game schedule will feature the Pistons, Magic, Celtics, Pacers, Nets, 76ers, Jazz and Thunder. The games are closed to the public but will all be shown

on the NBA-TV cable channel.
