The Miami Heat have apparently agreed to a deal with veteran free-agent guard Ray Allen.  Heat owner Micky Arison said on his Twitter page, quote, "Welcome to the family #20!!."  According to ESPN, it's believed Allen has accepted Miami's mid-level exception.  The 36-year-old Allen averaged 14.2 points in 46 games with the Celtics last season.  Allen has spent the last five years of his 17-year career with the Celtics.
